The quality is very high,
they are homemade.
They contain no gums and no starch, no colorings, no preservatives. Only grape must, wine vinegar, and fruit juices or herbs/spices.
Made on a farm that does not handle nuts, milk protein, lactose and soy lecitin. They are: cholesterol free, thickening agents free, fat free, lactose free, gluten free, alcohol free, GMO free. They contain no colorings, no preservatives. They are suitable for vegetarians. Calories are low. Allergens: they may contain naturally occurring sulphites.
Basic
Our Superdense Balsamic, made from acetified grape must matured in high quality mixed wooden barrels using the original method of blending from our best Emilian tradition. Hence the products are of Premium Artisanal Gourmet Quality. Many years refinement of balsamic vinegar in barrels of high quality woods (oak, chestnut, mulberry, cherry, juniper) results in rich, assertive solutions with a warm brown, clear, sparkling color and a thick consistency. The aroma is penetrating and persistent.

Citrus
We use the juice of ripe citrus fruits (lemons, oranges and mandarins) and let it slowly ferment with balsamico that has been refined in oak barrels. Once it is filtered, it is left to stand. The Superdense Balsamics created have the fresh, sharp, persistent aroma typical of citrus fruits from the south of Italy.
