Balsamic Vinegar: an ancient tradition.

The Balsamic Vinegar, one of the most famous food treasures of the Italian cuisine, has been made since the Middle Age. During the Renaissance, it was appreciated in the Estensi House.

The Balsamico, this syrupy liquid - brown in color, with a penetrating aroma and bittersweet taste, was used throughout the history both as a food and as a medicine. It was also used to help digestion. Pilgrims, during their long trips, cured fatigue with it.
